Abstract: The main points for consideration in this article consist in about formation concepts of culture such the famous men of science as Herder and Comenius, which belong to different epoch. It is remarkable that the common opinions can be formed from the development factor historical reason, in XVII siècle begin, and due to the fact that the ideals of new anthropology raised. The interest of Comenius was connected with the education, and developed this theme he considered the phenomenon «culture». The investigation show, that «culture» was for him only concept, not notion, the difference terms he used this prove. Herder treat «culture» quite clearly and at the same time increase, historical and aesthetic, so it namely definition, heist appointment and purpose man. Also, the culture at Herder distinguishes oneself by autonomy. However, a marked difference to the common understand unity phenomena «culture» and «spirit» are corresponded.
